School’s last year is a moment in
life that leaves a mark on us: expectations and dreams regarding the future,
family pressures, leaving friends that were with us for years, closing a life
stage and facing another. “Twelfth
Grade” is a follow-up to a group of 8 classmates in a middle class school in
Santiago. With a close, intimate and dynamic narration, the series reflects the
conflicts of that age, in which girls and boys are pressured to make decisions
that will mark them forever.
Charly’s dream to form a cooperative
and be the director of Príncipe Carlos School fails. Jorquera, who still owns
the school, sells it to Los Cóndores Foundation, which will introduce a major
switch in the student’s education. Disappointed, he realizes his desire to
create a school with a project that has quality education for its students as a
priority, suddenly vanishes. Charly requests to negotiate his continuity in the
school with its management and soon he realizes the school’s selling hides an
ulterior motive. The hope to get his students ahead seems more and more further
away. At moments he feels alone and devastated. However, he finds in Isabel, who
is part of the new administration, a friend and an allied. She is the person
who will manage to get to know and to support the students emotionally in a
kind of “confessional”, where they let out their most intimate revelations. In
this search “to get the kids ahead”, Charly finds love. Lucía is an old school
mate that fate has brought back. As a paramedic, Lucía has had to face the
darkest side of the neighbourhood where she works. However, the worst is yet to
come and she will have to face a painful and close reality that will put their
relationship in check.
Like looking through a keyhole at
what goes on in a psychoanalyst studio. “In Therapy” follows the development of
five psychological treatments, nine sessions each. Thus, each episode consists
of a thirty-minutes dialogue between the therapist and the patient. The story
introduces Gabriel Montes, a fifty-year-old attractive psychologist, three
different patients and a couple. Each day of the week is a different session
with each of them. Friday, the last day of the week, the therapist has a
session with his own psychologist.
Hugo, a good, honest and
hard-working man, has raised his son, teenager Franco, alone. Unemployed and
going through hardships, Hugo accepts to collaborate in his cousin Gloria’s
crazy idea: an agency that promises to find “the love of your life” taking
advantage of the wide market of hundreds of women and men who are looking for
their perfect match. Thus, Hugo becomes a chameleon, a man who changes his
image and personality to be, at least for a few hours, the dream man of the
agency’s clients. An ideal lover that has to discover the defect that will make
them go away for good.
It’s 1980 and Santiago de Chile is under the fearful Pinochet’s dictatorship. The dictator’s secret police kills, tortures and arrests the opponents to the regime. In that atmosphere, a lawyer and a social worker who work for an office of the Catholic Church, start an enquiry in
the bowels of terror. Their work will show them the love, passion and struggle of those who decided to confront the dictatorship.

We all have a weakness, we all have pain, we all have something we want to hide from our past, we all have a wound to heal. In a rehabilitation center, surrounded by a bucolic setting and isolated from the world, the characters in “Back to Me” will have their opportunity to face their demons and rebuild their lives.
Hosted by singer Javiera Parra, the
program looks into the history of the Chilean classic romantic, tropical,
popular, Rock, folk and Cueca music. Each chapter shows the ideas behind these
songs that were relevant in different times of the Chilean music history. In
this 7-chapters documentary series, more than 50 musicians like José Alfredo
Fuentes, Luis Jara, Los Tres, Miriam Hernandez and Palmenia Pizarro, among
others, participated.
Boris and Dimitri are two brave and
intrepid Argonaut students who decide to go to the outer space to solve the
